Does entering my serial number start the purchase process?
Entering your serial number does not obligate you to purchase, it will just show you your upgrade options.
My current serial number isn’t showing anything, what should I do?
If your serial number does not list any upgrade options, please contact support.
Can I still use my old serial number?
Once your upgrade order is complete, the previous version serial number you provide will be invalidated from use. You will receive a new serial number for your upgrade order.
What if I lost my serial number?
